1. Who is responsible for your data
The data controller is Bruno Avanci Cabrelon LTDA, operating under the brand iHunters, registered under Brazilian tax ID (CNPJ) 58.215.032/0001-94, headquartered in São Paulo, SP, Brazil. iHunters is an executive search firm specialized in iGaming.
The Data Protection Officer can be contacted at privacidade@ihunters.io.
This policy applies to the talent pool formed through registration at proximopasso.ihunters.io, created to support the next career step of betting industry professionals after Provisional Measure 1,394/2026.
2. What data we collect
We collect only what you enter in the form, plus a few technical records of the submission:

| Consent record | Date and time of acceptance, version of the accepted text and the authorizations ticked. |
| Technical records | Referring page and campaign parameters (for example, whether you arrived via LinkedIn or WhatsApp) and the result of the anti-bot check. |
We do not ask for sensitive personal data, such as racial or ethnic origin, religion, political opinion, union membership, health or sex life. We also ask you not to include such data or document numbers (such as CPF or ID numbers) in your CV. If your CV contains any data of this kind, it will not be used in any assessment.
3. What we use it for
- To register and keep you in the iHunters talent pool.
- To assess your profile and contact you by email, phone or WhatsApp about opportunities.
- To refer your profile and share your data and CV with client companies, potential employers and HR professionals, in the betting industry or in other industries, in Brazil and abroad, when there is a matching opportunity.
- To store and organize your registration using tools from service providers, including those located outside Brazil (see section 7).
- To send content, job openings and market news, only if you ticked that option. You can unsubscribe at any time.
4. Legal basis
We process your data on the basis of your consent (Brazilian General Data Protection Law, Law 13,709/2018, art. 7, I), given when you tick the authorizations in the form, for the purposes listed above. The international transfer relies on your specific and highlighted consent (art. 33, VIII), given in the second authorization of the form.
We keep the consent record (date, version and authorizations) to prove that consent was given, as required by law.
5. Who we share it with
- Companies and HR professionals with a matching opportunity: iHunters clients, potential employers and recruiters, in Brazil or abroad, in the betting industry or in other industries. We present your profile when there is a fit between it and an opportunity.
- Service providers that process data on our behalf: Notion (candidate database), Google (CV storage, backup spreadsheet and visit statistics), Make (automation that receives the form), Cloudflare (page hosting and anti-bot check) and Meta (WhatsApp, when used for contact). These providers may only use the data to deliver the contracted service.
- Public authorities: when required by law or court order.
6. What we do not do
- We do not publish or sell personal data.
- We do not disclose lists of names, contacts or CVs.
- Your profile stays restricted to the iHunters team and is only presented to a company or an HR professional when there is a matching opportunity.
7. International transfer
iHunters has clients in 21 countries and uses service providers with servers outside Brazil, mainly in the United States and the European Union. For this reason, your data and your CV may be transferred to other countries, including countries without a level of data protection equivalent to the Brazilian LGPD.
This transfer only takes place for the purposes of this policy and with your express authorization, given in the second consent box of the form. Without this authorization it is not possible to join this talent pool, because referrals to companies abroad and the use of the tools above depend on it.
8. How long we keep it
We keep your data until you withdraw your consent or until this talent pool is closed, whichever comes first.
To keep the database current, every 24 months we will contact you to ask whether you want to remain registered. If you request deletion, we erase your data and your CV. We keep only the record that consent was given and withdrawn, for as long as needed to meet legal obligations or defend ourselves in legal proceedings, as permitted by art. 16 of the LGPD.
Referrals already made before the withdrawal cannot be undone by us, but you may ask the company that received your profile to delete your data.
9. Your rights
Under the LGPD (art. 18), you may, at any time and free of charge:
- confirm whether we process your data and access it;
- correct incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data;
- request data portability;
- request deletion of your data;
- know who we have shared your data with;
- withdraw consent, including only the consent to receive content.
To exercise any of these rights, write to privacidade@ihunters.io from the email you registered with, or provide the email and LinkedIn link used in your registration. We reply within 15 days. If you are not satisfied with the response, you may also file a complaint with the Brazilian National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).
10. Security
- The page and the form submission use an encrypted connection (HTTPS).
- The form has an anti-bot check and protection against automated submissions.
- CVs are stored in a folder with access restricted to the iHunters team, with no public link.
- Access to the candidate database is limited to the iHunters team, with individual logins.
No system is fully immune to incidents. If a security incident occurs that may cause relevant risk or harm, we will notify the affected data subjects and the ANPD, as required by law.
11. Browser, cookies and analytics
Draft: while you fill in the form, your answers are saved only in your own browser, so you can continue later. The CV and the authorizations are not part of this draft. It is deleted when the registration is submitted, and you can delete it earlier by clicking "Start over".
Analytics: we use Google Analytics to measure visits and at which step of the form people stop, in aggregate, to improve the page. This tool uses cookies. Form answers are not sent to Google Analytics.
Anti-bot check: Cloudflare Turnstile analyzes technical signals from the browser to tell people and bots apart.
LinkedIn ads: we use the LinkedIn Insight Tag to measure the results of our LinkedIn campaigns (page visits and completed registrations, in aggregate) and to show ads to people who visited the page. This tool uses LinkedIn cookies. Form answers are not sent to LinkedIn. You can manage this preference in the ad settings of your LinkedIn account.
12. Changes to this policy
This is version v1, dated 5 October 2026. If the policy changes, we will publish the new version on this page, with its date. We record which version each person accepted. If a change adds a new purpose or alters the retention period, we will ask for new consent.
